**30-Day Return Policy:**

At Menash Boutique LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

**Conditions for Returns:**

1. **Original Condition:** Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. **Proof of Purchase:** To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

3. **Time Frame:** Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.

4. **Restocking Fee:** A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may apply to all returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking returned items.

**How to Initiate a Return:**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.

3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

**Refund Process:**

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

**Exchanges:**

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team for the RMA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
